Advisor – Department of Women & Child Development

I’ve taken on the role of Advisor in the Madhya Pradesh Department of Women & Child Development, focusing on women’s welfare programs, particularly the Ladli Behna Yojna. In this capacity, I offer strategic insights and recommendations to empower women, working alongside professionals and policymakers to improve their lives, and welfare, and foster inclusive development. This collaboration also presents an opportunity to assist femtech startups in reaching Tier 2 and 3 cities across India, ensuring that innovative women’s health technologies reach a broader and more diverse audience, ultimately contributing to the betterment of women’s lives nationwide.

Egg Freezing Empowerment

FemTech India took a groundbreaking step by hosting India’s first-ever Egg Freezing Empowerment drive. These events, personally curated and hosted by our team, were designed to shatter societal barriers and encourage open discussions about egg freezing. Egg freezing is now a vital option for women, offering them the ability to preserve their fertility, extend their reproductive timelines, and take control of their family planning journey.

Our mission was twofold: first, to spread awareness about the significance of egg freezing, and second, to empower women with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions about their reproductive health. These events created a safe space for dialogue, where women could explore this innovative technology and its implications for their lives. We believe in breaking boundaries and providing women with the tools to make choices that empower them, and the Egg Freezing Empowerment drive was a significant step in that direction.
